I have been to several Aquathlon events but this is my first time to attend an open water challenge. Yup, that was me putting an emphasis on the word “attend” as I did not register and will not be racing. At least for now, I will be a cheerleader to my swim coach. 🙂

Whether you’re a participant or a support crew (like me), make sure to check out the event’s official schedule and race course map below from Swimbikerun.ph.

As mentioned above the event will kick off at 6 AM on Saturday. Since this is an open water event I have been hoping (and praying) all week for good weather. AccuWeather says it will be cloudy and partly sunny in the morning. Sounds like a good weather to me, considering how much it has been raining lately. I just hope this forecast holds true on Saturday.

Good luck to all participants! See you on Race Day!!!
